Custom products
Because personalized products are made specifically for one customer, we expect final-sale rules to apply to change-of-mind returns, incorrect customer-provided information, and preferences about an approved design. This does not affect remedies required by law or our responsibility for a verified defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If a launched order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or materially differs from the approved order, contact support as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the product and packaging and include the order number, a description, and clear photographs. We will review the evidence with the production or delivery partner before confirming the available remedy.
Depending on the issue and applicable law, the remedy may be a replacement, repair, refund, or another reasonable resolution. A final reporting window and remedy process will be published before checkout opens.
Color and placement differences
Screens, materials, and print processes can produce modest differences in color, scale, placement, or texture. Those expected production variations are not necessarily defects. A major printing error, wrong customization, or damage will be reviewed under the section above.
Cancellations and design changes
Made-to-order production may begin soon after approval. The final launch flow will identify when a design becomes locked and whether cancellation remains possible. Until those controls are operational, checkout will stay disabled and no cancellation promise applies.
Return shipping
Do not mail a product without instructions from support. The final policy will state who pays return shipping for each approved return type and where an item must be sent. Player Originals does not currently publish a consumer return address.
