By using the site, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it. A parent or legal guardian must handle any future purchase for a minor.

Player Originals currently provides a browser-only preview of a planned AI-assisted customization experience for recreational sports products. The public preview uses curated examples and local text overlays; it does not upload content or generate original artwork. Preview images are concepts, not a promise that a product can yet be purchased or manufactured exactly as shown. Checkout is disabled and no order contract is formed through the current site.

You may not use the service to:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• submit malicious code or try to bypass security or content controls;
• interfere with the service or access it through abusive automation; or
• misrepresent your identity, authority, or ownership of submitted content.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having permission to use it. Generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material generated for others. Review every design carefully. The separate Content Rights & AI Policy provides more detail and is part of these terms.

When checkout launches, the product page and checkout will identify the price, estimated production and delivery timing, customization details, and applicable taxes or shipping charges before payment. We may reject or cancel a design that cannot be produced safely, lawfully, or to an acceptable quality; the final policy will explain any resulting refund.

Customized products may have small differences in color, placement, texture, and finish compared with an on-screen preview. Returns, shipping, and warranty terms are addressed in the related policy drafts.

Products presented on this site are intended for recreational use. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, do not assume a product is certified for a league, tournament, professional competition, or specialized safety use.

The pre-launch site and its design tools are provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features while preparing the service. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that generated content will meet every expectation. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.

Final limitations of liability, governing-law terms, and any dispute process have not yet been adopted. They will be stated clearly before checkout is enabled. Nothing in this draft limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may change as production and support operations are finalized. The updated date will change when the draft is revised. Continuing to use the site after a published update means the current terms apply to that later use.
