The adult organizer approves the team look, sizes, spelling, numbers, deadlines, and parent invitation list.
02 · Opening day

Players receive the first physical chapter together, with tracking and an explicit deadline for corrections.

Milestone card drop
All-Star and MVP packages add a new card set without rebuilding the whole team identity.

Medals + awards
Awards ship together to the adult organizer for the banquet, ceremony, or final team gathering.

The private pilot starts with the jersey and card story. Other products remain optional extensions until their own physical proofs pass.
Youth privacy
Adults run the workflow.
No child accounts
The coach or organizer starts the project. Parents approve any player-specific photo, name, size, or card detail.
Private by default
No public player profiles or galleries. Source-photo metadata is removed and files are retained only as long as the fulfillment workflow needs them.
Frozen roster
Spelling, number, size, product choice, and guardian approval are locked before a production quote can move forward.
